TILT InnerGrowth
Over the next ten years, TILT is gathering small groups of hand-selected, high-level leaders, facilitators, coaches, and activists across the globe who are actively stewarding inner development. Together we will form a private, protected community of practice that is committed to growing ourselves, each other, and aligning efforts to serve the transformation of people and systems with greater ease, agency, and aligned connection.

We are living in an anxious time. We’re experiencing more change at a faster pace than any other time in history. There are multiple, interlinked global crises, including crises at home. Technology has enabled us to be online, and on call, at all times—consuming volumes of information with no breaks. We are constantly looking outside of ourselves for answers—asking experts, watching TED talks, consulting Google, reading blogs—we’ve forgotten how to look internally and communicate between us for our answers.
TILT is a social enterprise artfully enabling the necessary transformation of leaders and culture for change agents and global entities as they move the most critical initiatives forward.

In-Person Intensives

Group Coaching
Bi-weekly, 90 min Zoom meetings in groups of 5. We will meet 8 times over 6 months.
Practice Calls
One 90 min Zoom meeting between each intensive as a whole cohort, to develop and check in on practice in the range of contexts—emphasizing community of practice.
*Full participation is a requirement. You have been selected, and everyone needs you present. If you cannot make the intensives and coaching in their entirety, let us know and we’ll work together to find the next cohort that you can attend. The locations are being finalized, and you will be notified as soon as they are established.
COST
$6,500 USD will cover the cost of food and accommodation for all in-person intensives over the 6 months—travel not included. Otherwise, the programming is entirely donated by TILT.
*If you or your organization cannot cover these costs, please let us know. You have been selected, it is important to all of us that you attend, and TILT will work to cover your costs.

If we are not able to enroll the cohort of at least 20 people prior to this date, we will notify the group and reschedule the dates.
