The intention of the program:

  • develop inner growth and lead through complexity, uncertainty, and challenge with more ease 

  • build a global community of practice that is private, protected, across cultures, and making commitments to exchange and grow themselves, their organizations, and the people and missions they serve together

  • deepen training in facilitating inner development, establishing more dimensional and meaningful relationships, and sustainably working through conflict with individuals and groups

Group Coaching
Bi-weekly, 90’ virtual Zoom meetings between intensives (4x) in groups of 5

Practice Calls
1x 90’ virtual Zoom meeting between intensive with whole Ambassador cohort to develop and check-in on practice in range of contexts - emphasizing community of practice

We are living in an anxious time.  We have never had more information, and at the same time, we’re experiencing more change at a faster pace than any other time in history.

Technology has enabled us to be ‘on line’ at all times - consuming volumes of information at all times, with no breaks. We are constantly looking outside of ourselves for answers - asking experts, watching TED talks, consulting Google, reading blogs...we’ve forgotten how to look internally for our answers. 

The only thing you control is how to be.That’s where certainty lies. And understanding yourself and how you relate to those things outside of you - that’s how you thrive in a constantly changing world.

180 Days in Tilt

What began as a top-rated leadership development workshop at MIT Sloan is now available as an intimate, highly-interactive 24-week program for 24 global change-makers and leaders.

Who benefits from this program

Being artfully able to change is the skill of the future. In this program you’ll be cross-pollinating with leaders across industries in government and non-profit to CEOs and change managers.

  • I’m struggling with the anxiety of COVID right now and want to re-examine my goals and what matters to me.

  • I’m a leader with distributed or remote teams who is looking to build strong cultures.

  • It would serve me to have some structure and accountability to invest in my own learning and growth.

  • I would benefit from coaching, but need more structure and community than 1:1 coaching provides.

Ultimately, your success to model the skills and practices that produce agile, innovative, and connected cultures will radiate across your organization, to the clients you serve, and to the systems you influence.
