As a certified Executive Coach, Holacracy Practitioner, and Integral Facilitator with a MA in Organization Development, Usha has dedicated her work to culture transformation, leadership development and shaping the future of work. She has led large-scale transformation initiatives in organizations spanning the globe and across the corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors. She has coached executive and senior leadership teams within organizations such as Ford Foundation, Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Intel, Chanel, PepsiCo, Sundance, and the San Francisco Opera to step into courageous, authentic, aligned leadership as they champion culture change and innovation.
Having worked as a senior leader and influenced change from the inside herself, it is clear to Usha that the most important asset to any organization is people and purpose thriving at the heart. After years working in New York, Usha currently lives in Wellington, New Zealand. When she’s not working, there’s a 75% chance she can be found in the ocean swimming, snorkeling, or scuba diving.
