Erica Joos
Learning. Development. Erica is a passionate and mission-driven practitioner with over a decade of experience building human agency through learning. Motivated by collective healing, justice, joy, and social transformation, she leverages her background in developmental psychology, experiential and global education, and the expressive arts to design interdisciplinary programs that connect people with the systems in and around them.
She earned an Ed.M. at the Harvard Graduate School of Education where she focused on organizational leadership, learning design, and education policy projects associated with UNESCO, the Harvard Kennedy School, the Israeli Ministry of Education. Prior to HGSE, she served as the Arts Director for an arts integration school, Arts Commissioner for the City of Boulder, and cross-sector leader and practitioner of the embodied arts. Erica is currently a facilitator, project manager, and curriculum developer for TILT, MIT Sloan, and Harvard University and fuels her passion by building community, dancing, singing, and moving in the outdoors. She also holds an MA in Educational Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver and a BA in International Affairs and International Journalism from the University of Colorado Boulder.
