Coach. Annette has dedicated over 25 years to deep “in the field” experience of organizational life, leading teams and businesses through growth, change, crisis, and transformation. As an executive and developmental coach to senior leaders and founders of multicultural and international teams, her extensive coaching background and practice from Integral Professional Coach, an Integral Facilitator, a NLP Master Practitioner, a GTCI Systemic Team Coach enables her to meet leaders in complex and changing times through multiple lenses from organizational systems, psychology, adult development, neuroscience, to organizational constellation theory, embodiment, and mindfulness. Annette has guided her own career and life path to travel the world from Ireland across oceans and continents to her current home in Mallorca, immersed in Spanish culture.
