Angella Okawa

Coach. Angella is a certified Integral Coach, Real LIFE facilitator, and DEI consultant with an MA in Counseling Psychology. After a career in tech and design, she followed her passion for development and spent the next 15 years helping leaders with diverse backgrounds to thrive personally and professionally. With expertise in executive presence, conflict resolution, intercultural communication, and diversity and inclusion initiatives, Angella supports leaders into their next evolution in capacity to navigate complexity and design a better future.

Angella’s unique bicultural and multidisciplinary background gives her an ability to connect with, and build bridges between, differing cultures and perspectives. Energized by people expressing their full potential, Angella empowers leaders and teams to both leverage and navigate differences in culture, race, gender, discipline, personality, and thinking style.

Angella has worked with organizations such as IDEO, Dropbox, Instacart, Ford Motors, Blue Shield Foundation, Stanford University, and UC Berkeley. When not working, she practices in the Zen tradition and is learning partner dancing.
